سنتور ساز زهی موسیقی ایرانی است. فرهنگ دهخدا سنتور را این‌گونه بازشناخته‌است، از سازهای ایرانی به شکل ذوزنقه که دارای سیم‌های بسیاری است و با دو زخمهٔ چوبی (مضراب) نواخته می‌شود. رایج‌ترین نوع سنتور (۹ خرکی) دارای ۷۲ سیم است که به دسته‌های ۴ تایی و در ۱۸ دسته تقسیم می‌شود

Santour is a stringed instrument of Iranian music. The culture of Dehkhoda recognizes the santur as follows: It is a trapezoidal Persian instrument that has many strings and is played with two wooden wounds (mezrab). The most common type of dulcimer (9 vault) has 72 strings, which are divided into 4 groups and 18 categories.
